Loneliness, guilt, bewilderment, and mistrust of self are just some of the feelings associated with grief, religious trauma, and even personal reinvention. Whether you have recently experienced the death of a loved one or the loss of a dream, left your community of faith, or embarked on a new direction for your life, I can help you navigate the journey. Perhaps this process began years ago, and you feel should be “over it” or acclimated by now only to find yourself stuck, isolated, or frustrated by your lack of progress. I can help you subdue the inner-critic, tap into your inner-knowing, and evaluate your next steps. I can help you pick up the pieces of a broken heart or shattered dreams and create something new while honoring the parts of your past that have led you to this present moment.

Whether you are seeking support for grief, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, or personal reinvention, I would consider it an honor to join you on your journey.

I have my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, I have received training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Integrative Mental Health Counseling as well as a certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s in-person program in New York City as a holistic health coach. My background also includes teaching yoga and leading guided meditation. This combination of skills allows me to support you according to your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach to wellness.

My hobbies include writing & storytelling, hiking, gathering with friends in sacred circle & cookbook club, and spending time with my husband and our creative, hilarious, and sometimes maddening family comprised of grown children, grandchildren, numerous dogs, and a semi-feral cat.
