We each have our own unique stories and journeys that we are on, and with those stories come many difficulties that we need help in navigating. I am committed to being a guiding hand and listening ear for others on their unique journey towards healing and meeting their life goals - whatever they may be! I help people discover their strengths, develop greater self-acceptance, and nurture a sense of well-being. I focus on creating solid therapeutic relationships through a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy. My work centers around trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, gender and sexuality issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, refugee/immigrants, multiculturalism, and communication skills. In addition, I have experience working with people in recovery and children. Therapy can be uncomfortable and challenging; however, it is truly a rewarding journey toward understanding and self-acceptance. I am honored to help clients thrive and overcome life's obstacles and feel privileged to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to feel heard and validated. I am currently completing my master's in clinical mental health at Walden University; however, during my free time outside of work and school, you can catch me going on a long drive, spending time with my loved ones, hiking, or watching a funny movie. |
