Life can be both messy and beautiful, offering us opportunities along the way to dive deeper into how our experiences, heartache, and personal identity impact the way we interact with the world around us. I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, and that a safe space for vulnerability is the catalyst for growth to take place.

Because we hold emotions and past experiences in our bodies, I believe that an integrative approach to emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness is needed. Through a trauma-informed lens, I incorporate elements of narrative and attachment-based therapies, parts-work, and expressive arts into my work with clients. I also use Brainspotting and other somatic modalities based on each individual client’s needs and preferences.

I am passionate about supporting and empowering women of all ages while walking with them through life’s challenges and struggles. I have experience working with attachment issues, anxiety, codependency, depression, emotional and psychological abuse, grief and loss, infertility, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum mental health, relationship problems, trauma and whole-person wellness.

No matter where you are in your healing journey, I would love to work with you. It is an incredible privilege to be trusted with your story as we journey through some of the most difficult parts of life together.

When I’m not working you can usually find me making candles, trying a new recipe with my husband, or cuddling with (unbiasedly) the world’s best golden retriever, Fletcher.
