As someone who has worked in the corporate world, and endured some major life transitions, I bring a unique blend of professional experience and empathy to my practice. My journey began working for some of the biggest companies in the world, where I honed my skills and earned an MBA. However, my true calling led me to pursue an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, and I am proud to hold the distinction of being a Nationally Certified Counselor and am a licensed therapist (LPC-MHSP (t) in the state of Tennessee.

My role as a father to three children has provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities of life. In my practice, I am committed to helping clients from all walks of life as they navigate the challenges of life transitions, seek balance in their work-life dynamics, embrace the transformative journey of new parenthood, and confront the complexities of substance abuse.

In the therapeutic space I provide, you will find a safe and judgment-free environment to explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. Together, we will identify obstacles, set meaningful goals, and work towards a more fulfilling life.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and reducing the stigma that often surrounds seeking help. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a happier, healthier life, and I am here to support you on that journey.
