Though pain and suffering are inevitable attributes of the human experience, I believe that healing and wholeness is possible for every one of us. I would be honored to come alongside you as you heal from old wounds and work towards becoming your truest, most beautiful self.
I am a trauma and polyvagal-informed therapist who incorporates Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts-work, CBT and expressive arts into my work with clients. I specifically enjoy working with both teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, eating disorders/disordered eating, and poor body image. I am currently working towards my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification and work from an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) lens. As a former teacher, I am also passionate about educating people about the interconnectedness of diet-culture, trauma, and eating disorders.

In my free time, you’ll likely catch me hiking, writing, or snuggling on the couch with my golden retriever, Ollie.
