Life doesn't always deal us the easiest cards, but I hold a deep love for helping people navigate life transitions and the grief that can often accompany them. I believe that each person has, within them, everything they need to grow and heal, and I see it as a great honor to learn about the lived experiences of my clients and to support their journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance so they can live as their full, unabashed, authentic selves.

I love working with women, teens, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and am particularly passionate about helping clients work through concerns related to disordered eating, body image challenges (not only the way we see our bodies, but the way we experience them), chronic people pleasing, perfectionism, and complex trauma. I also love working with women seeking support with perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns. To support my clients, I leverage mindfulness and somatic-based approaches, incorporating elements of Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Polyvagal Theory. I have completed Level 1 training in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders and am in the process of completing the first level of Somatic Experiencing training. These advanced trainings have empowered me to support clients in partnering with their bodies in healing, recognizing that our bodies can be one our most profound resources for recovery.

I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health from Trevecca Nazarene University. When I'm not working, you can find me getting outside with my husband and dog, baking, traveling, watching Formula 1 racing, reading a good novel, and spending as much time as I can on the Hawaiian Islands.
