We are wired for connection.

In our bodies, our mirror neurons are seeking to connect.

In our minds, we are seeking to confirm and discredit thoughts and beliefs.

In our hearts, we are yearning for the safety to grow and thrive.

We all exist in the context of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. These relationships may create space for love, joy, and peace and at times may bring forth stress, trauma, and pain. When we experience relationships that are safe and fulfilling, there are few experiences better.

When trust has been broken and we no longer experience safety and love, there are few experiences more difficult to bear.

Acknowledging the need for repair by exploring stories of hurt and vulnerability we can help guide the relationship to safer patterns of connection.

In our bodies, reconnecting for empathy.

In our minds, reconnecting for collaboration and understanding.

In our hearts, reconnecting for safety and joy.

Our trained counselors utilize evidence-based techniques to help you navigate even the most challenging of relationships in order to promote harmony and respect.
