Starting therapy is a courageous step, and whether you're just beginning or returning to this work, I honor your willingness to show up. Life can be hard sometimes. We all go through seasons of struggle, uncertainty, and pain that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from the life we want to live. Therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect, to heal, and to begin again.

In our work together, I invite you to bring your whole, authentic self into the room. No need to edit, shrink, or hide. You don’t need to have the right words or have it all figured out. You’re allowed to be messy, uncertain, hopeful, angry, grieving, growing. My role is to provide a safe space and support you as you move through those layers with compassion and intention.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches, in sessions, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are challenging unhelpful patterns, facing fears with support, or learning to regulate emotions, the goal is never to “get rid” of your feelings but to help you lean into them. I believe healing happens not by avoiding discomfort, but by gently building the capacity to sit with it.

My areas of focus include clients who struggle with OCD, anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating, relationship challenges, and other life stressors. I enjoy working with teens and adults.

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University. Outside of seeing clients, I enjoy spending time with my partner and dog, Milo, cooking my favorite meals, and reading a good book.
