The transitions of life can be exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely. Often, we are convinced that stuffing down emotions and powering through is our only way forward. I have witnessed the benefit from slowing down, challenging inner-critics, and allowing others to support in the journey.

I collaborate with clients in an integrative approach with Person-Centered, Mindfulness-based, Narrative, and other evidence-based theories towards wellness. Meeting clients where they are is my utmost goal when incorporating techniques or theories. I believe all have, “unique value, [and] that there isn’t anybody in the whole world exactly like them and that there never has been and there never will be,” to paraphrase Mister Rogers.

I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Grief and loss, identity development, emotional awareness, life transitions, burnout mitigation, sexuality, spirituality considerations, and relationship concerns are a few of the most frequent presenting concerns I work with. All are welcome in my office.

Beyond client work, I am passionate about spending time with my family, monthly supper club and game nights with friends, traveling, watching “Survivor,” reading, exercising, and advocating for folks whose voices are frequently silenced.
