Jordan Holden (she/her)

I’m a relational therapist who works with women navigating identity, burnout, and the quiet (and not-so-quiet) ways life can change us. Many of the women I work with reach a point where their lives still look stable, responsible, or even successful from the outside - but internally something no longer fits.

Sometimes this shows up when a career that once felt meaningful begins to feel exhausting or misaligned. Other times it emerges through changes in relationships, seasons of caregiving, divorce, or life transitions that reshape how you see yourself. Often, there is a sense of losing a version of yourself you once understood.

I frequently work with women who describe themselves as capable, thoughtful, and used to carrying a great deal, whether in their professional lives, their families, or both. Many identify as high-achieving, perfectionistic, or deeply responsible for others, and find themselves navigating burnout, grief, or identity shifts that are difficult to name.

My approach is relational and collaborative. I prioritize transparency and shared exploration, helping you understand how your patterns developed - not to label them, but to restore clarity, agency, and a more connected relationship with yourself.

At its core, my work is about helping women come back into relationship with themselves during seasons of transition, loss, and becoming.
