For parents looking for their child or teen,

Watching your child struggle with anxiety can feel overwhelming and helpless. You may notice your child avoiding school, withdrawing socially, or having big emotional outbursts—and no matter what you try, nothing seems to ease their distress.

I work with children and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. Using evidence-based approaches such as client-centered play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help kids express themselves, process tough experiences, and build lasting coping skills that foster confidence and calm.

My goal is for your child or teen to feel understood and empowered and for you to feel supported and equipped to help them thrive. I also work closely with you as the parent to support stronger emotional connection, reduce stress at home, and build tools that extend beyond the therapy room.

If you are ready to take the next step, reach out for a free consultation - I’d love to connect and learn more about your family’s needs.

For young adults looking for themselves,

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, or healing from past trauma, therapy can help you feel more grounded and in control. I support young adults who want to understand themselves better, set healthier boundaries and move through life with more confidence.

I use trauma-informed, somatic approaches like EMDR, and integrate creativity, movement, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and inner strength. Together, we can work through shame, perfectionism, or past experiences that may still be impacting you—and move toward healing with curiosity and self-compassion.

Please reach out for a free consultation call as I can help answer any questions you might have and explore your hopes for therapy. I’d be honored to support you on your path toward healing, confidence and a deeper sense of peace.

About me:

I’ve been working as a therapist for over ten years now with most of my experience in a school-based setting and community mental health. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending my time reading, building legos, watching Survivor and spending time outdoors with my husband, two kids, and Bernedoodle.
