Molly Legarrea, MS, LPC-MHSP (temp) (she/her)
You look like you’re holding it together. But inside, your mind won’t slow down.
Maybe you overthink everything. Maybe food and your body take up more mental space than you’d like to admit. Maybe you’re the “responsible one," the high-achieving teen or young adult who feels pressure to keep it all together while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or not good enough.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, body image concerns, disordered eating, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside. Together, we untangle anxious thought loops, reduce shame around food and body, and build tools that actually work in real life.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and practical. You don’t have to perform here. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We move at your pace while building insight, confidence, and emotional resilience.
If you’re ready for support that feels grounded, compassionate, and real, I’d love to connect for a free consultation call.
About me:
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me spending time with my Australian Shepherd, Frankie, hanging out with family, trying a new recipe, painting pottery, or binging a new series.
