Are you feeling stuck in old patterns—ones you can’t quite explain but feel deep in your body or relationships? Do you find yourself overwhelmed by emotion or numb to it, repeating dynamics that leave you feeling unseen, anxious, or disconnected?
You don’t have to sort through that alone. Therapy is a place to begin unraveling those experiences—to explore your story, understand what shaped you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried in the process.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to go beneath the surface. My approach is rooted in depth-oriented therapy, often exploring early relationships, attachment wounds, and unconscious patterns through a psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and object relations lens. At the same time, I integrate somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support healing when words aren’t enough. With a background in yoga and meditation, I believe in the power of the mind-body-spirit connection, especially in releasing trauma held in the body.
You can expect our work together to be warm, collaborative, and at times gently challenging. I’ll meet you with empathy and respect, while also guiding you toward deeper self-understanding and transformation. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and grounded in systemic thinking—I believe your story doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and together we’ll explore how family dynamics, culture, and society have impacted your experience.
Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new—it means coming home to yourself. I’d be honored to walk with you on that path.
