“One who looks outside, dreams. One who looks inside, awakens.” – Carl Jung
Each person carries a unique story, shaped by experiences, pain, resilience, and hope. I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process. Every journey is distinct, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership where clients are honored as the experts of their own lives.
I came to this work later in life, after walking through my own seasons of loss, transition, and rebuilding. Those lived experiences profoundly influence the empathy, attunement, and presence I bring to the therapy room. I have a particular heart for supporting women who may be moving through a painful divorce or breakup, overwhelmed by the responsibilities of being a mom and caring for everyone but themselves, or who are in their midlife years and adjusting to major life changes.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in mind-body healing. I hold advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed EMDR, and Somatic Attachment Therapy. I integrate these modalities to create a personalized plan that honors each client’s needs and goals. I am also deeply committed to inclusivity and providing a safe, affirming space for all gender and sexual identities.
I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, our two Yorkies (Jake and Max), and our two cats (Tommy and Grace). I also love exercising, practicing yoga and meditation, cooking, and traveling.
