“One who looks outside, dreams. One who looks inside, awakens.” – Carl Jung

Each individual possesses their own unique story, pain, and struggles. I firmly believe that therapy cannot be approached with a one-size-fits-all mentality. Every person’s journey is distinct, and in my perspective, therapy thrives as a collaborative partnership where clients are regarded as the experts in their own lives.

As an EMDR clinician, I use trauma-focused techniques to support clients in processing and healing from past experiences, promoting emotional resilience and personal growth. My approach integrates elements of Internal Family Systems and Attachment-Based theories to deepen self-understanding and connection. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, which I use in my work with clients experiencing OCD. I am deeply committed to inclusivity and am honored to work with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, as well as individuals and couples from all backgrounds.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. With 15 years of experience in healthcare, serving as a product specialist and hospital development coordinator, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.

My passion lies in aiding clients on their journey towards healing and self-actualization. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and two yorkies. I find solace in activities such as hot yoga, meditation, and indulging in delicious food!
