When challenges, uncertainty, and major changes occur in our lives, it can be hard to know how to move forward. I am here not to provide the answers, but to be the guide and companion on your healing journey – the one shining the light down the path as we navigate the unknown together. We will set goals, face challenges head-on, and explore together what it looks like to apply new skills and practice healthy and sustainable care of self within a safe environment.

I bring together a variety of interventions to create a treatment experience that is unique and individualized. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate expressive arts, sand tray, and play interventions into my practice. At my core, I believe that everyone holds the unique answer and truth to their healing. This is why I am highly client-centered in my approach to therapy. It is important to me to create a space in which you can access your most genuine and authentic curiosity and feel empowered to make changes that move you toward your best self.

I have experience helping clients of all ages navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, major life changes, behavioral issues, difficult interpersonal dynamics, self-harm, and negative self-talk. In my work with children and adolescents (ages 3+), I believe in the power of creating a space to express and explore authentically while also providing resources and support for parents. This allows us to build a supportive and consistent ecosystem in and out of session, promoting lasting change and healing.

Outside of the therapy office and playroom, I am a singer and artist. My care of self looks like intentional coffee and sushi dates with my best friends, finding a beautiful spot outside and putting on some good music, painting tiny canvases and rocks, cuddling my orange tabby, attending barre classes, and creating new memories with my husband and daughter.
