I believe you know yourself best and that although it may feel clouded or distant, you intuitively and instinctually have the roadmap to your own healing within you.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to treat trauma and anxiety and to promote self-growth. I love working with the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent folks. I am dedicated to providing queer and neurodivergent affirming care. It's important to me to create a safe space where you can be and find your embodied, unique, authentic self.

I believe strongly in healing via a mind-body connection. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and am also certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy. As trauma survivors, our bodies often protect us by becoming disembodied or only noticing the warning bells of danger; as we gently navigate neutrality, safety and comfort in our bodies, we gain more capacity to process the hardest moments in our lives.

I am also trained in Autistic-affirming Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for folks with OCD, and am currently pursuing training with Full Embodiment in Healing Sexual Trauma and Sexuality.

In my free time, you may catch me spending time outdoors with my child and hyperactive Yorkie, in a pilates studio, or curled up on my couch watching trashy reality TV.
